01 · What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email and message you provide. We use this only to reply to your inquiry.
We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly service that records aggregate page views and outbound clicks. It does not track you across sites or store personal identifiers.
02 · What we do NOT collect
No cookies for tracking, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no selling of data to third parties. There is no account system, so we hold no passwords or profiles.
03 · Third parties
Form submissions are processed by Formspree. GitHub stats shown on project pages are fetched live from GitHub's public API. Diagrams load the Mermaid library from a CDN. Each has its own privacy policy.
04 · Your rights
Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley N° 29733) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Write to contacto@automata.pe and we will respond within the legal timeframe.
